Checking in was quick, and the staff was very accommodating. I organized flowers for my wife's birthday, and they even included a complimentary bottle of wine. Our Deluxe Double Room with Balcony was small but cozy, with a beautiful view beside the river. The comfortable beds and soft towels were a nice touch, and the breakfast was impressive, likely one of the best I’ve had with a variety of options available. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was inconsistent, and we had some trouble figuring out its operation. Parking was a hassle since I had to pick up a pass to enter the city. Even though the room had air conditioning, it would have been better if there were more pillows of different firmness available. I also noticed the wardrobe space was quite limited.

Absolutely loved the unbeatable location right by the stunning old town and near the castle. My room had a lovely view of the river, making mornings splendid.

I swear I could hear furniture rearranging above me! Soundproofing could use a serious upgrade. I thought I was in a furniture store during the night.
